    The jow is really good for healing after training so my hands never seem to feel sore or tired when I use it. As an aside, I had a patch of discolored skin on my hand from a minor burn a while back and since I started using the Jow it's faded quite a bit and skin texture seems more normal.

    Used this on some recent bruises from Muay Thai and really helped clear it up and ease the tenderness. Have been using this to help strengthen my shins and seems to work great, able to kick harder now. Definitely going to order some more from Shaolin Brand

    Deep-working, powerful jow

    This jow was highly effective and helped my hands and wrists stay strong, as well as my shins to avoid bruising and pain when conditioning against the heavy bag with or without guards and gloves for each. Also helped tremendously with my shinsplints and ankle injuries from grappling training. Penetrated and warmed; not as astringent on the skin as some of the other bruise jows like the Chu Gar, but worked deep and kept tissues healthy, and left my shins able to withstand an unhealthy amount of punishment with no residual injuries and a very noticeable increase in hardness. DEFINITELY try this jow, or even keep it on hand for whatever may come. Truly well-made and worth it's weight in gold when it comes to training safe and achieving great results!
